Probably one of the most important news headlines in the automotive world recently, the heroes of Top Gear UK are signed on for another three years of running the show.
Interestingly enough, Richard Hammond and James May were previously only being paid to be on the show while Jeremy Clarkson was being paid for the show’s being an international hit as well. The new contract this time around allows them to get a bigger slice of the amazing pie that is Top Gear.
The show is currently on hiatus, awaiting until it’s triumphant return in January of 2013. However, fans will be treated to a very special December special, no word about what’s going to happen quite just yet.
